sit up - 34 in 1 min
standing broad jump - 137 ( minimum 150 -161 )
sit & reach - 35
inclined push up in 30 sec - 27
shuttle run - 13.07 sec (min 12.5-12.7sec)
2.4km - 26 + min ( min 16.31 -17 min)
gold - mini 21 pts
silver -mini 15 pts
bronze -mini 6 pts
I think i will get bronze .

That time laptop screen spoil until now haven fix
now hp screen hang or spoil.
is not black out is white out..
sudden spoil without me dropping it or banging it...

dinner at cwp with aunt ,uncle and cousin
even thou is at food court.
after toking to cousin on phone ,hang up liao started to sot
is a curse hehehe
jus that they came to pass medicine to ah gong and feed him
mother need to pack her food and come eat with us...

I felt that today is my family day...
is really my rare chance to spend time with my family

cus that time i tot she went out

tot was from upstair then i ignored
feel like some kind of ghost scene right....
after that i cont comb my hair and saw tht waving
kena shock then turned around ....

then she said she waited me outside too long so knocked...

after tht we went for our breakfast ....
